Support for Mounting DRBD in "data=journal" Mode

Added the option to mount DRBD using the "data=journal" mode, which ensures the highest data integrity. Note that this may reduce write performance. The default mount option is "data=ordered".

Automatic Cleanup of Failed Actions

Previously, a node with a failure would remain ineligible for automatic failover until manual cleanup. Now, failed actions are automatically cleaned up after 24 hours.
