4260620	Description: Fixed an issue where the system incorrectly polled for offloaded sockets even when none existed, if `VMA_SELECT_POLL_OS_FORCE=1`. This could result in an infinite loop. The fix ensures that OS sockets are polled when no offloaded sockets are present, regardless of the `VMA_SELECT_POLL_OS_FORCE` value.
