Description: In UFM Prime (consumer) multi-subnet mode, when the same PKey exists across multiple providers, the getAllPkeys aggregation logic appends the GUID list from subsequent providers. As a result, PKey-level attributes (partition, ip_over_ib, and membership) from the second and subsequent providers are not preserved and are silently dropped.
