Heatsink
This section applies to 900-9D3C6-00CV-DA0 only, 900-9D3C6-00CV-GA0 is shipped without a heatsink.
The heatsink is attached to the DPU by three screws to dissipate the heat from the IC.
The DPU IC has a thermal shutdown safety mechanism that automatically shuts down the DPU in cases of high-temperature events, improper thermal coupling, or heatsink removal.
