Rack mounting kit for NVIDIA SN6800-LD switch in MGX v1.2 rack

1. Remove the inner rail.

2. Push Part a and slide the middle rail back.

3. Install the inner rail onto the chassis.

4. Secure the outer rail/bracket assembly to the frame.

5. Attach the DGX ejector bars to the rack posts:
   
   Step A
   Insert two M5 cage nuts in the desired slots of the rack above the rear brackets. 
   
   Make sure to secure the nuts in the correct location within the 5U enclosure, as shown in the below illustration.
   
   Step B
   Attach the left and right ejector bars to the rack by screwing two screws in each bar. Tighten the screws to secure the ejector bars in the rack's posts, applying a torque of 2.0 +/-0.1 Nm

Make sure the ejector bars do not protrude over the rack posts.

6. Insert the chassis to complete the installation.

• ① ② Pull the middle rail out until it is fully extended and locked in position. Ensure the ball bearing retainer is located at the front of the middle rail.

• ③ Align the inner rail with the middle-outer rail, keeping the chassis level (horizontal) during insertion.

• ④ ⑤ Insert the chassis carefully. When it reaches the stop, pull the blue release tab on the inner rail to disengage the lock, then continue sliding the chassis in.

• ⑥ Push the chassis all the way back into the rack.

7. Push on the latches to release the handles.

• Fully open the handles.

• Push the system in by the handle barrels (indicated in green) until the barrels meet the bars on the system post.

• Use the handles to push the system the remaining distance and lock it onto the hook as illustrated below.

• Ensure the barrels are fully engaged with the bars.

Remove the chassis from the rack.
