Known Issues
-
Backend APIs under
/minerva/apiare unauthenticated by default. Do not expose these endpoints to untrusted networks without configuring an API key. Set"API_KEY"to a suitably strong value in~/opt/minerva/var/ui/ui.jsonthen restart the UI service to apply the configuration:docker service update ui_ui --force -
Embedded-widget sessions have read-only access to the associated tenant but are not restricted to the data displayed by the widget. Users can issue custom queries to access other data within the same tenant. Per-widget access controls are not available in this release.
-
Tenant isolation applies only to the following data types:
Dashboard,TopologyPage-DataView,AnomalyPage-DataView,IncidentsPage-DataView,TrendsPage-DataView,NotificationEndpoint, andEndpointType. All other data types are readable by any authenticated user regardless of tenant. Users with write permissions can also modify them. -
After renaming a notification endpoint, do not create another endpoint using the former name; doing so can overwrite the renamed endpoint's stored configuration.

The Professor-X dashboard displays incorrect NIC values for CNP Handled and Adaptive Retransmission Timeouts because each NIC host is counted twice. Divide the displayed value by two to get the actual count.
